Kathy is well into her 7th year with PROTECH and has over 10 years of customer service experience; she understands that customer service and communication are of the utmost importance. Kathy has experience as a Project Coordinator and is available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your claim. She is highly qualified at her position and yet adaptable at handling the concerns of the Insurance Company as well as the homeowners. Kathy strives to exceed each customer’s expectations and is always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
