Shannon comes to Protech with over 25 years customer service, public relations and marketing experience. Her diverse background includes extensive knowledge in the area of insurance claims management, accounting and information systems technical support. Shannon is excited to bring her energetic and lively personality to Protech in an effort to reach as many customers as possible and build lasting relationships with our client base. As a dedicated and focused employee, she works extensively throughout Los Angeles County and parts of San Bernardino County.
