construction supervisory experience. Since its
inception it has been his earnest desire to
fulfill the restoration needs of homeowners that have suffered water and fire
damage to their homes. His goal has always been, and will remain, the
complete satisfaction of the homeowner and the insurance company, both in professional workmanship and
customer service. He takes the lead in marketing

extensive restoration services. This type of leadership has its reward in
being considered for but also being placed on several top direct repair programs
generated by the insurance companies. In most cases these programs require
a long and extensive screening process to ensure only the best restoration
companies make the final list. Jon is proud of the long record his company
has in a demanding and stressful industry and will continue to uphold the

A former owner of his own restoration business and a homeowner in our San
Bernardino/Riverside area of operations. He is
committed to the excellence of service as a top Structural Estimator and Project
manager. Homeowners comment frequently on the flexibility and
adaptability that are an earmark of his contact with them. Ray takes the
lead in engineering a "co-ownership mentality" with the other
estimators and is committed to remaining a true asset to our company.

for his position as a Structural Estimator and Project Manager. He works
hard at providing
good customer service and workmanship on each project. He realizes the
importance of finding balance when trying to fulfill the needs of the homeowner
and at the same time assist the insurance company in resolving the claim.
The ability to handle the larger restoration projects has given him the
experience to handle just about any situation when it comes to the restoration

needs of the homeowner in their time of loss. He is on call 24 hours a day
365 days a year to handle emergency service when you need it the most!
With his extensive training and background he is more than qualified to handle
any type of property damage to your home. His goal is to provide the
initial mitigation required so that your home is ready to be estimated and
ultimately restored back to its pre-loss condition. His technical know how
relating to all facets of water restoration enables him to answer your questions
regarding the initial phase of the restoration process. Gus is on call for
you during your time of need and is more than willing to assist you in getting
your property back to the condition it was before.

Well into her 3rd year with

Construction Monet exhibits a real professionalism towards her position and
takes great pride in making sure that the homeowner is completely informed and
aware of the status of payment at the completion of work. Monet is very
prompt at sending you our certificate of completion form for you to sign which
enables you as the homeowner to sign-off on the work when you are fully
satisfied. Typically the homeowner will be invoiced only for their
deductible and we will then contact the insurance company for the remaining
balance. The satisfied completion of your restoration project is not only
our goal but it has also been your expectation from the beginning. With
that in mind, Monet works very hard at making the end of the project a smooth
and easy one.
