Our team of Estimators have over 25 years of experience providing you with the service and dedication that has made Protech a leader in the insurance restoration industry. Your assigned Estimator will work direct with the Insurance Company to ensure the entire process of the claim is a smooth one.

PROJECT COORDINATOR TEAM
Our team of Coordinators are readily available to support you through each step of the restoration process. The Emergency Service Coordinator, Angelica, handles all of our claims requiring immediate attention, she will be your main contact through this phase of the claim. Our Repair Project Coordinator, Monique will be assigned once your Estimator has inspected your property and will provide you with one on one care giving your claim the attention it needs to ensure complete satisfaction. Their goal is to restore your property back to normal providing excellent service as we understand the stresses and hazards involved after unexpected damage occurs.

Monet heads up our accounting department having over 20 years of experience. She takes great pride in making sure that the homeowner is completely informed and aware of the status of payment at the completion of work. The satisfied completion of your restoration project is not only our goal but it has also been your expectation from the beginning. With that in mind, Monet works very hard at making the end of the project a smooth and easy one.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Her experience in all phases of a Restoration project has given her the understanding that customer service and communication are of utmost importance. It is her daily goal that Protech's team demonstrates that in each phase of your restoration project from start to finish. Kathy is highly qualified at her position and yet adaptable at handling the concerns of the Insurance Company as well as the homeowners.

FIELD INSPECTOR
Our Field inspector's goal is to ensure the quality of work is met during the restoration of your home. She will be assigned to inspect the repairs at various stages and assist you with any questions you may have related to the work being done in your home. Adrienne prides herself on customer service, dedication and quality workmanship. Her goal is to work with your assigned Coordinator to ensure all aspects of the claim are running smoothly from start to finish.
